Guarda Rios is a project from Monte da Ravasqueira, a family house that that since 1943, has had 3000 hectares of land in Alentejo; a unique place that gives rise to surprising wines of superior quality, originating in a microclimate that positively affects their vineyards, which were planted in 1998. The natural habitat of Guarda Rios is at the table! This wine is incredibly aromatic with notes of ripe plum and blackberry. The palate is juicy and bright with supple, harmonious tannins. Pair it with a burger, either beef or portobello mushroom!
