WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

If your getting tired of Pinot Grigio but want to stay in Italy, this Soave is here to help. With intense but balanced aromas of stone fruits, crisp green apples, and walnuts this wine is sure to be enjoyed on it's own or with a hearty chicken salad.

Since 1970, Antonio Fattori, a 3rd generation winemaker, has been taking care of the family winery. The name Gregoris comes from his mother's maiden name and the vineyards have been in the family since the 19th century. Antonio's goal? To create balanced wines with both elegant aromas and body. The vineyards are situated between 150 to 450 m a/sl and he carefully selects different vines at each altitude for his various wines. By using non-intrusive methods, he is able to avoid the use of harmful chemicals, although his winery is not certified organic. Antonio's deep respect for the environment, land, and employees shines through in his work. He proudly eliminates insecticides and fungicides that are traditionally used to combat "tignola" and fungal diseases. Through humility and patience, Antonio's dream has become a reality.

Veneto is home to famous regionally labelled wines like Amarone, Prosecco and of course Valpolicella. Veneto is the largest producing region in Italy, thanks mostly to the demand of Prosecco.
