Château L’Ermite is one of our favourite finds from Costieres de Nimes the south of France. The winery has been operated by the Castillon family for four generations!
This fresh and fun offering is made with organic 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah from young vines, little no sulphur is added at bottling and it sees no oak at all. Bursting with notes of ripe peaches, raspberries and pink peppercorns, try it with a bit of a chill!
