WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

A rich, layered fragrance of redcurrant, strawberry, banana, and tangy notes entice the senses. The palate is refined, sophisticated, and perfectly balanced, with flavors that mirror the aromas. This rose is perfect for special dining occasions and will enhance any summer meal. Pair it with a decadent zarzuela (Spanish seafood stew) for an unforgettable experience.

Records show that this property has existed as far back as 178AD. Many family's have owned the property but when Jean Paul Rosset and his wife inherited the estate in the 1990's they elevated it's premier status. Their focus is on a high level of service at the estate and preserving the environment. A great amount of care goes into producing their wines, from picking by hand into small bins to sorting by hand in the winery.

La Clape is a vineyard that is perched over the Mediterranean sea, sitting on top of the Massif Centrale. The site rewards the vines with a high diurnal shift due to the proximity to the sea. This partnered with the Tramontane from the North and the warm Mediterranean sun leads to ripe and rich wines that maintain freshness and finesse.
