Scritch, the sound of chalk. For generations, in the historic cellars of the Arlaud family, the teams have written the annotations for the wines in chalk on the barrels. It is in this way that the wines of the estate come into being. “One day, during the winemaking process, my children drew a magnificent mural on our wooden vats: silent and focused, I could only hear the sound of their chalk.” To pay homage to their innocence and the ancestral practices of winemaking, this range was named after that very sound.
