The Rossi di Montelera family’s winemaking roots trace back to Luigi Rossi, who built the famed Martini & Rossi. In 1935, Napoleone Rossi di Montelera acquired Torre a Cona, establishing the family’s presence in Tuscany.
Today, the estate is led by the latest generation, who continue a legacy of quality-focused viticulture, refining Sangiovese plantings and highlighting the unique microclimates of their vineyards. Located just outside Florence, Torre a Cona spans 200 hectares (19 under vine) and produces expressive Chianti, single-vineyard selections, and traditional Vin Santo—wines that reflect both heritage and a modern commitment to precision.
