Named after the highest peak on the isle of Raasay, Dùn Cana embodies the spirit of the Isle of Raasay. After winning “The World’s Best Whisky 2024” by Forbes, the second edition showcases the use of Woodford Reserve Rye Casks in the first maturation and Ex Pedro Ximénez & Ex Oloroso Spain Jerez Sherry Quarter Cask 125 for its second maturation. The use of Rye casks add the nice spice-focused characters and the Sherry Quarter Cask allows for a high concentration of cask to spirit,  balancing out the spice with elements of the rye cask with dried sultanas, hints of vanilla and adds a salty chocolate finish.
