WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

Subtle scents of red berries layered with the familiar notes of vanilla found in crianzas aged in oak barrels. On the palate: a well-rounded, matured fruit flavor with silky tannins.

Try it with Paella or Patas Bravas.

Ochoa's vineyards are looked after during 365 days per year in organic manners. A great amount of care is given during the entire process of wine making, from pruning the vines to reduce yields and increase concentration, to harvesting at night to retain acidity. It's a family affair, and even though their entire team's last name isn't Ochoa, the entire team is family.

Navarra is in Spains northeast between rioja and the french border. Because of its proximity to France, Navarra is spanish with a french accent, producing both traditional Spanish varietals like Grenache and Tempranillo but also French Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
