WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

Delicate, pale pink color with a leisurely display of tiny bubbles. Fragrant notes of white peach, wild strawberry, and Pink Lady apple are complemented by hints of sweetbriar. Dry and straightforward on the palate, this Prosecco has a balanced progression and a lovely, fruit-infused finish.

Try it with mushroom pasta or rice.

The winery is run by 4 cousins, continuing the legacy of their grandfather Antonio Borga who starting growing grapes in Veneto in 1940. The current generation is passionate about making contemporary wines that align with the modern age while honouring the tradition of the region and their lineage.

The Borga Winery is located in the Veneto region of Italy. More specifically Treviso which is known for its white, rose and most famously prosecco. The influence of the Adriatic Sea and the Dolomite mountains create optimal conditions for viticulture, and wine production in Veneto predates the Romans by several hundred years.
