WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:
An extremely rare & unique offering as it is aged in Amphora. First the grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and then cold macerated for one week. After that the must is fermented on indigenous yeasts in tank and then aged in terracotta amphorae, which are sourced from Italy, for 15 months.
