Jean Hanotin is a family run winery that has been growing Pinot Noir and Champagne on the slopes of Verzy for generations. This blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay comes from an HVE certified estate, which is basically one of the highest sustainable designations in France. Fresh and elegant, this wine has notes of citrus, brioche bun, honey and wet rock minerality.
