From the South of France, this energetic Chardonnay is made with fruit coming from 30 year-old, “goblet” vines that are grown at 300 meters above sea-level on siliceous sandstone. The wine is full bodied, creamy and tropical; it’s a great addition to any dinner party because it will satisfy both California and French Chardonnay drinkers. Notes of yellow apple and pineapple jump out of the glass. It’s ideal as an apéritif, with seafood dishes or creamy pastas.
