The Cuvée Chardonnay is the flagship white wine from Jed Steele. It is sourced from six carefully chosen properties in California with some in Los Carneros as well as Mendocino County. Each property adds something different to the blend to retain some fresh acidity alongside the rich, full style California is known for. It is aged in 20% new oak to add extra toasty notes and shows subtle Meyer lemon alongside ripe tropical fruit.
