Winemaker Isabel Ferrando, known for her wine from Chateauneuf du Pape, has aged this unique Côtes du Rhone entirely in concrete. This adds to the fresh and juicy qualities of this wine. Notes of raspberries, cherries, blood orange and pepper. The vines were grown in red clay soils with lots of pebbles, increasing the depth of flavour from the grenache and cinsault grapes that this wine is made from.
