Rose Week Day 2: Domaine Girard Rose

Domaine Girard produces some of the best valued wines in the shop, their Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Rose all punch well above their weight class. 

Family owned since 1928, today Andre Girard is at the helm. Their goal is to harness the combinations of clay soils of the region to produce wines of modern grape varieties.

This gorgeous rose, made from 100% Cabernet Franc is ripe and well-rounded with a full mouthfeel, it has notes of raspberry, cranberry and peach. This gastronomic rose is an ideal match with cranberry accoutrement, holiday dinners or brie with cranberry.
