Rose Week Day 1: Ch. L'Ermite D'Auzan Rose

Chateau L'Ermite is one of our favourite finds from Costieres de Nimes the south of France. The winery has been operated by the Castillon family for four generations!

A lovely blend of 50% Cinsault & 50% Grenache which have been direct pressed and bottled early for optimal freshness. Notes of underripe strawberry, peach and grapefruit are met with a dusting of Provencal herbs.
