Inspired by fellow Austrian and the grandfather of Biodynamic farming, Rudolph Steiner the Loimer wines are made mostly in the vineyards, using strict biodynamic practices. This refreshing wine from the Lois vineyard has a nice medium body, making it very food friendly. Notes of crisp Granny Smith apples and freshly cut white flowers dominate with hints of mandarin and minerality. Enjoy this wine on its own or with freshly shucked oysters, guacamole and chips, or other cold seafood dishes.
