This is one of our top selling white wines for a reason. Sauvignon Blanc is Theirry’s favourite grape to grow and vinify. The care he puts towards his Sauvignon Blanc grapes, shows through in this glass. After fermentation the grapes see some fine lees ageing which adds some richness and elegance to the wine. This aromatic wine sings of notes of gooseberry, grapefruit, Asian pear and lime. Enjoy on its own or with shellfish.
