Made in the traditional method, this bubble spent 12 months on the lees which has resulted in a luscious mousse with a lasting finish. The nose has lovely notes of lemon meringue, citrus zest, and caramel. The palate is off dry and crisp, with bursting flavours of caramel apple, coconut, and brioche.

Pure and concentrated with flavours of white peach, boxwood, citrus and smoky, wet river stone notes. The palate is concentrated yet elegant with flavour density and a lingering, precise finish.
1 x 375ml El Coto 2018 Crianza – Rioja, Spain
Made from 100% Tempranillo, this native varietal is fermented and aged in oak for at least 12 months with an additional six months resting in bottle, prior to release. El Coto Crianza is exceptionally balanced with layers of fresh raspberry, cherry, spice and toasted oak, building to a silky finish. Perfectly complements a variety of meats and cheeses, especially jamon!
1 x 375ml Chateau Des Tourtes 2018 Cuvée Classique – Bordeaux, France
A blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, this fresher side of Bordeaux spent 12 months in stainless steel tank before release. Bright, ruby-red color. A reserved nose of black currant and raspberry bouquet. Medium-bodied, soft in the mouth. Well balanced, very pleasant drinking.
1 x La Spinetta 2019 Il Nero Di Casanova Sangiovese – Tuscany, Italy
On the nose it expresses hints of blackberries, blueberries, and ripe cherries with slight spicy notes. Upon tasting it displays a full body with a very immersive character. The tannins are velvety and in perfect harmony with extraordinary freshness. The excellent acidity makes for a wonderful finish.

One of our favourite Market Wines Selections! A multi-generational family winery working to protect their legacy through organic practices across the Southern Rhône. The fruit for their Côtes du Rhône is sourced from their vineyards near Tavel, to the northern part of the region, resulting in more elegant and fresh wines. This blend of Grenache and Syrah shows blackcurrant, bramble and cherry notes.
