Jean-Pierre along with his wife and daughter, Corinne and Eve tend to their family owned winery in Chablis. They have been certified organic since 2015. The majority of the fruit for this wine comes from the sites of Fonte and La Côte, both are south facing vineyards situated next to the 1er cru Fourneaux. This is bright and lively with notes of ripe lemon and sea shell, there is a terrific sense of energy here. The Part des Anges has sneaky power and we’re sure this wine will continue to age nicely revealing more hidden layers.
