The Chiquet family are pioneers in Champagne, especially for the growers movement. This wine, “Tradition” is a blend of the three main grapes of Champagne; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Munier. It is vibrant and balanced, with flavors of nectarine, candied orange peel, slivered almond and oyster shell set on a lacy texture.
