Winemaker Phillip Bravey, is a master of organic viticulture in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape area. With only about fifteen hectares, he has amassed an impressive cult following. Named after the powerful northwesterly wind that tears through the region, keeping it cool and dry. This Rhone blend is made with Grenache from low-yielding vines, backed up with a splash of Syrah, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre. It shows concentrated but bright red fruit, spice, and liquorice. Extremely food friendly this wine can be paired burgers and grilled meats.
