When we first tasted this wine, the first word that came to mind was ?fun?! A brand new wine from the brilliant Laplace family that brought us Trois Cochons Rose comes this uber fun white wine! Made from a duo of white grapes common to this part of southern France: Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng. Typically known to be electrically refreshing, this iteration has some weight on the palate and bursts with tropical fruit like pineapple and passionfruit and zing of lemon candy on the finish.
