Syrah and Alicante dominate in this blend, with a touch of the region’s usual suspects – Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault to plump up the blend. With robust yet balanced flavours of black cherry, stewed raspberry and buttered raisin bread – the perfect companion for chilly evenings.
