Domaine de Colette is a family run winery, now helmed by its 4th generation. In 2020 they began their conversation to organic agriculture. From one of their four Cru sites, the Morgon Tradition comes from 50+ year-old Gamay vines, grown on schist. Aromas of bright red fruit and baking spices leap from the glass, the palate is dense with great structure and a long finish. A great pairing for duck cassoulet.
