This super tasty Cremant de Bourgogne from Chateau de la Greffiere is made with 100%, hand harvested Chardonnay coming from 30+ year-old vines. The wines is fermented in the Traditional Method and held for more than year before being released. Aromas of honey dew melon and starfruit leap from the glass, on the palate the fine, creamy mousse is complimented by flavours of fresh brioche and honey. Try it with shellfish or pasta in white sauce.
