This sparkling wine is quite possibly the most fun wine we’ve had all year! Made from 100% Chenin Blanc this cheerful wine would be delightful with dimsum or on Christmas morning. The nose offers notes of white flowers, bartlett pear and a little chalk. The palate is amazingly finessed, with fine bubbles that crest across the palate, carrying notes of pear, juicy yellow apple and pink grapefruit.
