Daniel Bouland mostly makes Cru Morgan Gamay Noir in Beaujolais. He actually sources the Chardonnay grapes for this wine from Dominique Cornin (another amazing producer!) in Maconnais. So it this Beaujolais Blanc is an excellent option for White Burgundy lovers looking for a more approachable wine. This wine drinks a little too easily with soft notes of ripe pear and yellow apples and a slightly floral/herbacous finish. Enjoy with seafood pasta.
