The Belouve vineyard in Provence has a very long history of winemaking dating back to the 18th century. The Bunan family took it over in 1978. They converted the vineyard to organic and biodynamic practices. This salmon hued rosé is an interesting blend of Cinsault, Cabernet Franc and a tiny bit of Ugni Blanc. The Ugni Blanc offers this wine bright citrus-y notes. This wine has a slight creamy quality similar to strawberry flavoured ice cream- but it’s not sweet! Enjoy this fruity wine with a salmon Buddha bowls.
