This is flat out the best deal in this region! Notes of lemon curd, preserved lemon, chamomile tea, hazelnut toffee and white flowers are abundant. Enjoy with butter poached side stripe shrimp or crab.

The wine is dense with glossy notes of plum, blackberry and earth, yet it has an unwaveringly bright core of lavender that gives it an undeniable grace. A little smoky, with plenty of blue fruit and elegant tannins – this is really fantastic stuff!

The nose combines aromas of raspberry, blackberry, chocolate and black olive. These notes translate beautifully to the palate where they’re accented with baking spices and licorice. This wine, of exceptional concentration, finishes with perfectly ripe, silky tannins. Decant it for at least an hour for optimal enjoyment.

With 11 generations of history behind them, this family maintains a deep reverence for the tradition and have been following biodynamic practices since 2004.
This wine is made with grapes that were harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast. It’s crisp, dry and playful with notes of peach, green apple, juicy pear and spine of refreshing acidity.
Wine #5 This wine is a benchmark of this producer. It’s made only in their best years with the best of their selected estate fruit. Incredibly elegant with rich tannins, aged for the first 2 years in both American and French oak barrels and another 6 years in bottle until release. It is a perfect wine to pair with grilled meats, pork or veal roasts, stews, and cured cheeses.

This winemaker and his son farm just 5 and a half hectares of vines, all organically and in the most attentive and caring way. Their vines are unique in that they sit at over 420 meters of altitude, so even in the hot years, these wines manage to show elegance and finesse. Everything here is done according to traditions, there are no modern advantages or anysteps taken to mechanize the process. The goal is to make wines that speak of the land and that can’t be rushed.
The bouquet is generous with notes of savoury herbs, black tea, tomato leaf and cranberry. You’ll find these notes on the palate too, along with some violet, plum and cherry.

One of our favourite white varieties of 2023, this grape is known for its signature notes of saline, lime, and green apple. This particular expression has a generous texture, with flavours of juicy apricot and chamomile dancing across your tongue! Definitely enjoy it with some fresh oysters!

An expressive nose of red plum, sweet red cherry and blackberry. Sweet spices of cinnamon and vanilla, and notes of Dutch chocolate. The rich and generous palate carries the plum, cherry and blackberry from the nose. Creamy chocolate and velvety textures surround well-structured, mouth filling tannins, giving the wine ample mid-palate breadth. Succulent acidity frames the wine perfectly, leaving a satisfying and moreish finish.

This is a full-bodied, dense wine that is sure to please! It’s drenched in flavour and complexity. Notes of plum, homemade blueberry jam, violets, mushroom and licorice with ample structure and lingering tannins.

This wonderful, somewhat savoury and textural rosé is made from dense and naturally tannic red grapes, it’s delicate and intensely fruity with notes of white peach, yellow plum, strawberry, raspberry and a floral hit of peony. Pair it with a Caprese salad!

Composed of selected barrels chosen for their unique qualities, this wine offers a richer style for this particular grape variety. You’ll find tons of ripe raspberry flavours and dark cocoa. The palate is bright and fruit forward with hints of cola and blackberry. This is a versatile wine for pairing with anything from chicken to pork, or even just the couch and a cozy blanket.
