Wine #1
The original plantings for this wine date back to the early 1900s! These premium sites encourage the best fruit to grow and give the winemaker the best base to work with. This easy-going white is both decisive and delicate, with notes of yellow apple, pear, white peach and a slight stony note folded in, this is one of the best examples of this grape we’ve had in a while!
Wine #2
This fantastic blend gets its name from the vineyard site where the grapes are grown.
It’s plush and ripe with notes of plums, blackberries, violets and baking spices.
Enjoy with roasted game meats or chorizo sausages.
Wine #3 This wine comes from a slightly cooler site within a rather warm grown region and yields wines with pronounced brightness and elegance. It has bright dark fruit notes, underlined with a tantalizing eucalyptus note and firm, peppery tannins. Burgers – beef, portobello mushroom or otherwise are the perfect pair with this bottle.
Wine #4
This wine is very lively on the nose with aromas of green apple and citrus. On the palate you’ll find a nice concentration of fruit and some minerality. This is a pure expression of this grape, without oak ageing, with beautiful freshness and complexity.
Wine #5 This winery is named after the ancient Inca word for the Milky Way and thanks to the crystal clear skies over their vineyard, which is the perfect place for stargazing. The region is equally as fantastic for growing grape vines and this gorgeous red is proof of that. It’s silky and smooth with notes of tart cherry, ripe raspberry, orange zest and baking spices.

This blend, from one of our favourite producers is deep, dark and silky smooth! The nose has notes of blackberries, cassis, vanilla and cloves. It got well integrated tannins and a lingering finish. It’s a great pairing for braised short ribs or a cozy lentil stew.

This crowd pleasing white wine has notes of beeswax, acacia, chamomile and lemon curd.
Enjoy with seafood cooked in a buttery sauce.

This winery is run by six families of grape growers. The passionate and well-coordinated team has won global recognition for their award-winning wines, based on international and local winemaking experience. The fruit for this wine comes from vines that are more than 30 years old! On the nose you’ll find intense aromas of blackberries with touches of wild herbs, hints of toasted coconut and liquorice, all of these notes translate to the palate, which is richly textured with a long finish.

The grapes for this wine are sourced from a super prestigious vineyard! Notes of sweet fruits like ripe strawberries and a delicate dusting of cocoa powder. Earthy spices begin to layer mid-palate, as well as notes of blueberries and a balanced minerality. The finish is soothing with a lingering sensation of dark caramel and toffee.

This winery has been operated by the same family for four generations! The vineyards face the Mediterranean Sea and bask in the sunshine while enjoying cooling ocean breezes. This full bodied blend shows hints of wild herbs on the nose with fresh, cool, ripe red fruit that is beautifully balanced by peppery and savoury characteristics. Underpinned by fine and chalky tannins, this wine pairs excellently with grilled foods, lamb with rosemary, or game meats.

This wine is deliciously fruit-forward! You’ll find notes of cranberries, ripe raspberries, and cola. Pair this with poultry, salmon or trout over salad, and if you’re into it, pop it in the fridge for 20 – 30 minutes to add to its refreshing qualities.
Wine #12
This sparkling wine is quite possibly the most fun wine we’ve had all year! It’s a cheerful wine that would be delightful with dimsum or on Christmas morning. The nose offers notes of white flowers, bartlett pear and a little chalk. The palate is amazingly finessed, with fine bubbles that crest across the palate, carrying notes of pear, juicy yellow apple and pink grapefruit.
